Mel and Simon pride themselves on excellent service not just once but on every clean.
Roof cleaning entails the removal of moss, algae, lichen, and other debris from the roof's surface to preserve both its appearance and functional integrity. Conducting regular cleanings can help prevent damage to roof tiles, enhance curb appeal, and prolong the lifespan of the roof.
Following the removal of moss, it is generally recommended to apply a moss treatment every one to three years—up to five years in some cases—depending on environmental conditions such as proximity to trees or the prevalence of moss and algae.
Our team utilises a tailored combination of soft washing, low-pressure hot washing, and manual scraping, selected according to the roof type and level of contamination. This approach ensures an effective, thorough clean while safeguarding your roofing material.
The duration of our roof cleaning service varies with the size and condition of the property.
We also offer biocide treatments following the cleaning process to inhibit the growth of moss, algae, and lichen, ensuring your roof remains cleaner for longer periods.
Prices start from £350.00.
Mel and Simon pride themselves on doing the job right.
